Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 cancellation fee per horse for any space cancelled. If you have booked 3-6 horse you must cancel at least 30 days prior to the scheduled pick up date to receive a refund of your deposit less the $50.00 per horse cancellation fee. If you have booked 1-2 horses you must cancel at least 14 days prior to recieve a refund of you deposit less the $50.00 per horse cancellation fee. There are no exceptions.
Payment Policy
As we state in our Transporter/Shipper Agreement, we accept cash, certified check, and/or any major credit card. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due upon delivery. We will not accept personal or business account checks.
Check Return Policy
If we make a decision to accept a personal or business account check, either as a deposit or a final payment, and it is returned for any reason there will be a $50.00 returned check fee added to your final balance, and it will be turned over for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: This is in no way meant to offend anyone. We have to implement policies that will compensate for the losses we incur every time someone cancels a space or provides us with a check without the funds to cover that check. Thank you for your understanding.
